How long do your press-on nails last?
Temporary wear (using sticky tabs): up to a week
Long-term wear (using nail glue): up to 3 weeks
These estimates vary depending on your lifestyle and the precision of your application technique
How do I apply my press-on nails?
Apply in 3 quick & simple steps - prep, glue and press!
How do I remove my press-on nails?
Soak your fingers in a warm bowl of water with oil and soap for 10-15 minutes and gently lift the edges using a cuticle stick. Soak longer if necessary.
What if the design I want is out of stock?
Restocks are not guaranteed. To be notified when an item is available again, click "Notify Me When Available."
What customisation services are available?
We provide a range of customization options for your nails, including tailored sizes, shapes, and lengths.
What if I lose or damage my press-on nails?
We will not be responsible for replacing:
1. Damage during wears
2. Minor variations, as each set is hand-made. Please order only if you're comfortable with this.
3. Lost nails as our nail glue and sticky tabs have been rigorously tested for quality. Please refer to our nail application tutorial for best results.
However, we do provide replacement nails. To request for replacements,
1. Please reach out to us here. Kindly include your size and a picture of the entire set with the nails you want to replaced circled.
2. Prices vary based on the nail requested.
3. Processing time: 15-20 working days

Do I need to pay for duties & taxes?
Please note that we are not able to cover any additional charges on delivery, such as customs fees or taxes. For any concerns, please check your local customs and tax regulations before placing an order.
How long does shipping take?
For local orders, standard delivery takes 1-3 working days. International delivery can take anywhere between 5-15 working days. Please note that these times are estimates provided by our carrier and shipping may occasionally take longer.
Where can I track my order?

Order Issues
I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
Please contact customer support team immediately with your order number and correct shipping address. If your order has not been shipped, the address can be corrected.
My order tracking link is not working, what can I do?
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the shipping information to update. If you’re still unable to track your order after 48 hours, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.
I received a wrong or faulty item.
